PolyDrive Disk · Last updated 24 September 2026

PolyDrive Disk does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app works entirely on your Mac: it reads and writes the drives you connect, and never sends their contents or any other data over the network. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and has no account system.

Data kept on your Mac

The app keeps a short log of its own events on your Mac: a connected drive's name and identifier, when it was checked, mounted and ejected, and any errors. It never records file names or file contents. You can view the log in Help → Diagnostics…. It never leaves your Mac unless you choose to send it to us with a support request.
